By making a purchase or booking a service at D'Blanc, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services Offered

D'Blanc offers image consulting, personal style consulting, and wardrobe transformation programs. All our services are provided professionally and personalized to each client's needs.

3. Payment Policy

Payments must be made in full at the time of booking the service. We accept the payment methods available on our platform. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your service.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS ARE ACCEPTED.

All payments made for image consulting services are final and non-refundable. By confirming your booking and making the payment, you agree to this no-cancellation policy.

In the event of exceptional circumstances, you may request to reschedule your session with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.

5. Rescheduling Services

If you need to reschedule your session, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to calendar availability. No more than two reschedules are allowed per contracted service.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide truthful and complete information during the registration and consultation process.
Attend scheduled sessions on time.
Complete the required registration forms before the first session.
Maintain respectful communication with our team.

7. Confidentiality

All personal information and style preferences shared during the sessions will be kept confidential and will be used solely to provide you with the best possible service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, style guides, and recommendations provided by D'Blanc Style are our intellectual property and are intended exclusively for the client's personal use. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior authorization is not permitted.

9. Limitation of Liability

D'Blanc Style is not responsible for purchasing decisions made by the client outside of the consulting sessions. Our services consist of professional guidance and recommendations, but the final purchasing decision is the client's responsibility.

10. Modifications to the Terms

D'Blanc Style reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is the client's responsibility to periodically review these terms.
